Transitioning into motherhood forced me to redefine "effective" movement and re-learn the ins and outs of how my body moved.

After realizing that my knowledge and education as an occupational therapist combined with my personal experience could support other women in their pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum journeys, I hit the ground running to develop Syd Bast Fitness. 

Through general fitness, pre/post-natal routines and 1:1 coaching, I am able to meet you right where you are so you can create habits that fit your lifestyle in your current season without the rigid expectations of traditional fitness programs. 

My business is built around my passion of educating and empowering women to feel strong, capable and powerful in their bodies.

I’VE BEEN USING SYD BAST FITNESS APP FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, AND IT’S BEEN A REFRESHING CHANGE FOR MY TRAINING ROUTINE. WHAT SETS THIS PROGRAM APART IS THE THOUGH AND CARE BEHIND IT — I TRUST THE SYSTEM COMPLETELY. SYD DOES AN AMAZING JOB OF STAYING CONNECTED, OFFERING MOTIVATION, AND GENUINELY SUPPORTING HER COMMUNITY. I'VE BEEN LOVING THE PROGRAM AND WORKING WITH SYDNEY. IT HAS AMAZED ME THAT I CAN GAIN STRENGTH DURING PREGNANCY AND FOR THE MOST PART FEEL LIKE I'M NOT PREGNANT WHEN I'M DOING THESE WORKOUTS.
